1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between ef33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the ef33 platform at ef33.io or any associated mobile application. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the ef33 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

ef33 is an online betting and casino platform designed specifically for adult players in Bangladesh. All services are offered in English and all transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). This Agreement governs your use of sports betting services, live casino games, slots, card games including Pool Rummy, and all promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and free spins.

This Agreement was last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersedes all previous versions. ef33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, subject to the notice provisions set out in Section 15.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the ef33 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ef33 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Users found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately closed and any funds held will be returned to the deposit source after identity verification.
• Residency: The ef33 platform is operated for and marketed to players resident in Bangladesh. If you access the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own legal risk. ef33 accepts no liability for consequences arising from such access.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. You must not be subject to any court order, insolvency proceeding, or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering this Agreement.
• Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an ef33 employee or contractor. Such individuals are prohibited from holding a player account.
• Self-exclusion: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with ef33 or any other gambling platform with which ef33 has a reciprocal exclusion arrangement.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of ef33 services, including betting, casino games, and bonuses, you must register a verified account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method.

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) ef33 account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited. ef33 employs device fingerprinting, mobile number verification, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Any account identified as a duplicate will be suspended without notice and all associated balances, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, will be voided.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ef33 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

• Use a strong, unique password for your ef33 account and do not reuse it across other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS for additional account security.
• Log out of your account when using shared devices or public Wi-Fi networks.
• Notify ef33 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4 KYC Verification

ef33 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts before processing withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds, and in any case where ef33 has reasonable grounds to verify a user's identity. KYC verification may be requested at any time at ef33's sole discretion.

KYC verification typically requires submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Birth Registration Certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months and displaying your name and address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for transactions on ef33.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 days of a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until the verification is completed. ef33 reserves the right to void winnings and return only the deposited principal in cases where KYC reveals that a user provided false identity information at registration.

5 Deposits

All deposits to your ef33 account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. ef33 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

The following deposit conditions apply to all ef33 accounts:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Processing time: bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited within two minutes. Bank transfers may take up to two hours depending on the sending institution.
• Currency: All deposits are received and held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied.
• Transaction fees: ef33 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

ef33 reserves the right to request verification of any deposit before crediting it to your account balance. Deposits associated with suspected fraudulent activity will be frozen pending investigation. ef33 cooperates fully with financial institutions and law enforcement in relation to suspected money laundering or fraud.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and that matches the payment method used for your most recent deposit. ef33 operates a same-method withdrawal policy to reduce the risk of fraud and money laundering.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved within one hour during business hours (BST, UTC+6). bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically disbursed within one hour of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• KYC requirement: Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with pending KYC documentation will have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.
• Bonus wagering: Funds that include active bonus balances subject to wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is met. The cashable balance available for withdrawal is displayed in your account wallet at all times.
• Withdrawal limits: Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account settings. ef33 reserves the right to adjust limits based on account verification status and transaction history.

ef33 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, ef33 will notify the account holder and may request additional documentation.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ef33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• Minimum odds: For sports betting bonuses, qualifying bets must typically be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or above, unless the individual offer specifies different conditions.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Time limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of activation, typically 7 to 30 days. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered or withdrawn within this period will be forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless ef33 explicitly states that bonuses can be combined.
• Single account per bonus: Each promotional offer is available to one account per person, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus via multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.

8 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports and event betting on the ef33 platform. Sport-specific rules are published in the relevant betting section of the platform and form part of this Agreement by reference.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is accepted and binding only when ef33 issues an official bet confirmation reference number. Bets placed during periods of system error, odds feed failure, or technical outage may be voided at ef33's discretion.
• Minimum bet: ৳50 per betting selection unless the specific market states otherwise.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. ef33 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during critical match moments such as wickets, boundaries, penalties, or red cards.
• Abandoned events: If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum playing time required for the result to stand (as defined in sport-specific rules), all bets will be voided and stakes returned. Exceptions apply where a result has already been determined before the abandonment.
• Obvious errors: ef33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly published in error, for example where a market price was materially inconsistent with the true probability of the outcome. ef33 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly.
• Maximum payout: Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply per sport and per event. These limits are displayed in the relevant market and on the bet slip.

Decisions made by ef33 regarding disputed bets are final and binding. In the event of a disagreement, users may contact support at [email protected] with full details of the disputed transaction. ef33 will review all disputes fairly and respond within five business days.

9 Casino Games

All casino games offered on the ef33 platform — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and card games — use certified random number generation (RNG) or live studio dealing, as appropriate. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slots are published by the respective game providers and are available on request. ef33 does not modify RTP values from those set by the provider.

Casino games are operated in partnership with licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The technical operation of games, including shuffle algorithms and dealing procedures for live games, is governed by each provider's certified procedures. ef33 is not liable for technical faults originating within the provider's gaming infrastructure, though ef33 will work with providers to resolve player complaints fairly.

• Winnings from casino games are credited to your account balance in real time upon game completion.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be completed by the dealer according to the game's standard procedures. ef33 and its providers are not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Game history for all casino sessions is stored and is available on request for a period of 12 months from the date of the session.
• Progressive jackpot rules, where applicable, are governed by the individual game provider's terms and are independent of ef33's general bonus and withdrawal policies.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ef33 platform. ef33 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, void all associated bets and balances, and pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, spin slots, or interact with any part of the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in pricing algorithms to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in match-fixing, inside-information betting, or any form of corruption of sporting events.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account to circumvent bonus restrictions, KYC requirements, or account suspensions.
• Engaging in coordinated betting strategies (syndicate play) designed to exploit bonus offers or guaranteed profit systems.
• Using the ef33 platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any communication with ef33 staff.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the ef33 platform without written authorisation.

11 Privacy & Data

ef33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ef33 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with third parties in the following circumstances:

• With payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, Mastercard, and partner banks) for the purpose of processing financial transactions.
• With identity verification providers for the purpose of completing KYC checks.
• With game providers (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, etc.) to the extent required to deliver gaming services.
• With law enforcement or regulatory authorities in response to lawful requests or where ef33 has a legal obligation to disclose.

You have the right to request access to the personal data ef33 holds about you, to correct inaccuracies, and to request deletion of your data subject to ef33's legal retention obligations. Data requests should be submitted to [email protected].

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ef33's aggregate liability to any user arising from or in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ef33 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, whether arising from use of the platform, inability to use the platform, or any other cause.
• Losses arising from events beyond ef33's reasonable control including natural disasters, power failures, internet outages, cyberattacks, or acts of government.
• Losses arising from a user's failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from compromised login credentials.
• Technical errors originating within third-party game provider or payment provider infrastructure.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits ef33's liability for death or personal injury caused by ef33's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13 Responsible Gaming

ef33 is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment. The platform is strictly for entertainment purposes and should never be used as a source of income or as a means to resolve financial difficulties. ef33 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Once set, a reduction takes effect immediately. An increase to a deposit limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes effective.
• Session time reminders: Configure in-session reminders at intervals of your choice to help you track time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-off periods: Request a temporary suspension of your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, your account cannot be accessed for betting or gaming activity, though withdrawals of existing balances remain available.
• Self-exclusion: Apply for permanent self-exclusion from ef33. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months. After 12 months, reinstatement requires a formal review process and a seven-day cooling-off period before access is restored.

For independent support, seek advice from a qualified counselling service in Bangladesh. The ef33 platform is for adults aged 21 and above only.

14 Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your ef33 account by submitting a written closure request to [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within three business days. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding voided bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.

ef33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.
• You have provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• ef33 has reasonable grounds to suspect that your account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2.
• A competent authority has issued an order requiring ef33 to restrict or terminate your account.

Upon termination for cause, ef33 reserves the right to void all bonus balances and, depending on the severity of the breach, to void winnings obtained in connection with the prohibited conduct. Real-money deposits not associated with fraudulent activity will be returned to the source payment method after deduction of any outstanding liabilities.

15 Amendments

ef33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ef33 will provide notice to registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the platform, at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of users, and updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

Your continued use of the ef33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment. Remaining account balances will be returned per the account closure procedure described in Section 14.
